Vier Kunstschaffende – aus Norditalien, München und Altötting – zeigen in der Ausstellung Traum und Tristesse Werke zwischen Schönheit und Vergänglichkeit. Fotografie, Malerei, Zeichnung und Skulptur erkunden die Polarität von Phantasie und Zerfall, Ästhetik und Morbidität. Die Gegenpole berühren sich und öffnen neue Assoziationen zu Leben und Vergänglichkeit.

In spring 2025, I traveled through Azerbaijan with my brother — from the wind-swept streets of Baku to remote villages tucked behind the mountains. This post captures the spirit of the journey through street portraits and everyday scenes: coppersmiths at work, shared smiles at roadside cafés, men playing traditional games in the streets. Most conversations were non-verbal, but the warmth of the encounters spoke for itself.
